At Sparking Creativity, we take great care in curating high-quality, research-based literacy materials for children, families, and educators. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless an order was fulfilled in error (such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product).

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The incorrect item(s) were shipped.

  • Your order was damaged in transit.

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request a refund or resolution, please contact us via email with your order number and a description (and photo) of the issue.

Digital Products

Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, please contact us at sparkingcreativitynow@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.
